Before demolition starts, always make a plan with your colleagues about how you are going to tackle it. It is much more than creating and removing a mountain of rubble. You start by stripping the building, which means that they carefully remove the interior, kitchens and bathrooms, among other things, so that they can be reused. So you work carefully and safely and do not shy away from major demolition work.
