Job Description: Independently assembles and modifies cables, wiring harnesses and/or electrical components based on electrical diagram in vehicle and/or at pre-assembly department. Checks and measures work to ensure compliance with intended function. Works within set quality requirements to prevent failures.

Gevraagd wordt:

The following is required:

– Collects material a.d.v. production order.

– Works independently according to electrical schematic drawing, drawing package and production order.

– Observes the usual operating, installation and safety regulations.

– The installations are standard, but also customer specific (specials).

– Independently assembling cables, wiring harnesses and/or electrical components in touring car or public transport bus based on electrical diagram, production order and/or workshop package.

– Independent adjusting of cables, adjustment of cables in cable harnesses or electrical components on electrical panels according to electrical scheme in vehicle or in pre-assembly department.

– Assembly of connectors, resistors or other electrical components.

– Crimping connections with proper tools.

– Ensuring that the assembly is done according to the quality requirements, in order to work trouble-free.

– Is as NEN9140 sufficiently trained person able to assemble High Voltage components on vehicles that are not live.

– Checking the work carried out based on the checklist.

– Measurement of the work, such that the adaptation meets function by means of multi-meter.

– Quality assurance of own product.

– Thinking along with changes regarding safety/improvements.

– Completes usual checklists and updates drawing package and bill of materials.

– Receives assignments from the Team Leader and works independently.

– Provides electrical diagrams, drawings, instructional lists and verbal instructions for instruction. When unclear, requests information from the Team Leader

– Works independently.

– If execution is not possible according to electrical diagram, escalate to Team Leader.

– Is as NEN9140 sufficiently trained person able to assemble High Voltage components on vehicles that are not live.

– Compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and safety requirements.
