Job description:
As a Field Sales Manager you have a combination position, of which +/- 20% of the time is spent on Field Sales Manager tasks and +/- 80% on account management.
As the direct manager of the Account Managers, you are responsible for daily management and coaching. You monitor progress through work meetings, plan periodic travel days, inventory training needs and conduct annual progress discussions.

In the role of Account Manager you work in the district in which you also live. From your home office, you decide what your day looks like. Supported by a laptop, smartphone and lease car, you set off.
You acquire internal transport needs from industrial and logistics companies and bring Heffiq to the attention. Furthermore, on behalf of Heffiq, you are the face for existing customers when it comes to sales, leasing and rental of Hyster forklift trucks, warehouse trucks and for our other services and products.
