Job description:

The Business Office department plays a central role within the organization. In addition to production planning, transport planning also takes place here and stocks of raw materials and semi-finished products are ordered and managed. In addition, the Shipping and Warehouse departments also fall hierarchically under the head of Planning & Logistics. A total of approximately 10 employees work in these departments. The Head of Planning & Logistics reports directly to the Production Manager and is a member of the staff.

The following is required:

You are responsible for the logistics processes and the implementation of the employer’s logistics policy and its optimization. You set and develop operational goals regarding planning, inventory management and physical distribution. You record company data, analyze it and know how to manage it. Consultation and close cooperation between the various production departments and commercial departments take place regularly to ensure delivery reliability and quality to customers. You have demonstrable managerial experience and manage 5 employees directly and 5 employees indirectly in a coaching manner.
