Someone who performs all the work that occurs in the powder coating department and also has the responsibility for applying the powder coating to products according to the desired quality requirements and processing instructions. A professional who sees it as a challenge to independently keep the powder coating department running, sets priorities and also monitors the output and quality of the department. In addition, you see it as a challenge to perfect and expand the department and thereby contribute to the further development of the company.
Competences:
– Experience as a powder coater (minimum 2 years);
– Has knowledge of pre-treatments, types of powders and powder coating techniques;
– Independent, result-oriented and accurate;
– Feels comfortable in an informal no-nonsense corporate culture.
