Job description:

-Operate and control process equipment using measurement and control panels in a 4-shift operation

-Controlling the process by interpreting the process parameters, carrying out inspections/controls, securing equipment, etc.

-Supervising, instructing and assessing performance of your employees

-Giving instructions and distributing work within set objectives

-Examining possible improvements to working methods and discussing this with the Plant Manager

-Participate in departmental meetings, shift handover and provide daily reports (including JDE, OEE) for the Plant Manager

Gevraagd wordt:

Required:

-Minimum 2 to 5 years’ work experience in a managerial role in a (food) production environment

-Experience in the process industry is preferred

-Able to work and think on a higher vocational education level and in possession of an Operator B diploma or the ambition to obtain one.

-Knowledge of and affinity with digital systems (e.g. JDE Edwards, Systems Online, Microsoft Office)

-Proactive attitude and able to take decisions decisively

-Able to work together with a common goal in mind while observing safety rules and order and tidiness (5S system).
