As a security technician, you try to drive ahead of the traffic jams in the morning to start at the customer’s location as early as possible. A project is usually installed in 1 or 2 days, so the end of the working day also depends on the phase the project is in. Flexibility is the asset here!

Every project is different and that is why you use your knowledge and skills to assess which materials are needed and how much time you need for the project. We often work without construction drawings, which means that your pragmatic insight, knowledge and skills are important. This method increases flexibility and also saves significant costs.

Thanks to the variety of products, locations and sectors, there is a lot of variety in your work. Sometimes you visit a catering business, a garage and/or an agricultural company with large warehouses.

Competencies: Good technical insight with an electrical engineering background. You know how to estimate how pipes should run in accordance with rules and guidelines. You can install cabling in a pipe, gutter or channel as it should be in the trade. You are able to understand and apply a simple direct current circuit. You understand how a mains network works and how you can connect to a junction box of this mains network.
