As Team Leader Expedition and Warehouse you manage two teams that together take care of the logistics operations. All materials are received in the warehouse and carefully delivered to the production teams. The Expedition team has the task of supervising the logistics route of production.

As a team leader you are responsible for all operational matters in the field of material supply and you also think along with the organization to increase efficiency. This means, among other things, that you guarantee the quality delivered and regularly evaluate it to improve the long-term objectives where necessary.

Gevraagd wordt:

The following is required:

-Manage both the Expedition team and the Warehouse team.

-Instructing, coaching and motivating the employees

-Monitoring compliance with the procedures and working methods

-Planning the activities of the department

-Consulting and discussing the assignments with the employees to achieve optimal execution

-Monitoring the working methods

– Reports results and status of improvement actions and projects to managers and process owners

– Train employees in both theoretical and practical areas.

-In this role you report directly to the Supply Chain Director.
