Then we have the right client for you!For our client in Veldhoven we are looking for a work planner!The contracting company has several projects both in new construction, renovation construction and private renovations. From companies to homes, all work is involved!Work:As a work planner/calculator you are involved in the supervision of projects. The project starts with customer contact to clarify the customer’s wishes. With this information, the price is calculated on the basis of drawings. If the construction is allowed to continue, you will get started with the work preparation for the construction. Think of making a planning, purchasing materials and informing subcontractors and employees. During construction, you keep the customer informed of the progress. Variety in the work is certainly there and switching quickly should suit you.

Gevraagd wordt: Competences:– You have at least a completed MBO education in architecture and you have hbo working and thinking level– Relevant work experience applies, but a starter is also welcome!– You have a great sense of responsibility and have good communication skills.– You can read drawings and are familiar with drawing programs such as autocad etc.
