In this position you advise the construction team about construction methods. You handle the entire project yourself, from recording, calculations, work preparation, purchasing to implementation and guidance. You are a discussion and sparring partner for the client. As an all-round project leader, you are ultimately responsible for the implementation, supervision, calculation and financial and administrative settlement of your projects. Together with the implementation, you ensure that the projects are completed within the set time. In short, a versatile job!

Gevraagd wordt:

The following is required:

-You have at least HBO thinking and working level

-You have several years of work experience as an all-round project leader.

-You are commercially strong.

-You have strong communication skills.

– You are good at calculating independently, making plans and drawing up additional and reduced work.

-You have good administrative skills.

-You have technical insight.

-Ad-hoc situations are no problem for you, because you have a flexible and solution-oriented attitude.

-You see meeting deadlines as a challenge and it gives you satisfaction.

-You are in possession of a VCA-VOL diploma and driving license.
