The company:

The company is a medium-sized modern carpentry factory located in the center of the Netherlands. For example, they produce wooden windows, frames and doors with skilled staff and the most modern machines. They also deliver quality and customization for new construction, non-residential construction, renovation and restoration.

The following is asked:

Work:

As an Assembly employee, you first go through the day with the work planners. After this, you will work together as a team and you will be an indispensable link in the final assembly. You work order by order with your colleagues and determine the tasks together with them. One moment you are installing hinges and the next moment you are sealing glass. In other words, you have control over the variation to a certain extent. As a team you are responsible for the final inspection. You are the last link before the products are transported.
