Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Business Controller. In this role, you are responsible for developing, improving and implementing the entire planning & control cycle and procedures such as forecasting, Capex and accounting guidelines. You translate figures into plans and budgets together with the management and you help decide on financial strategic matters and the financial policy.

You ensure that the organisation has insight into the various planning & control variables and you set the organisation in motion. You have an advisory role in which you ensure improvements, you monitor, you challenge the management, you see and appoint risks and you are always looking for opportunities for the organisation. By doing so, you ensure that the organisation can grow in line with its strategy.

As a Business Controller you are responsible for, among other things:
” You analyse business organisational processes;
” You draw up KPI’s in consultation with the management and you report periodically on these to the management;
” You are responsible for cost price and investment analyses for the various private limited companies;
” You take care of (monthly) management reports and analyses;
” You implement structural improvements in the financial infrastructure.
You are a sparring partner for the CFO, who is also your immediate superior, but also for the management of the various BVs within the Board of Directors. You cooperate with the financial controller and finance employees in the further professionalisation of the administration and the processes.
