As a Cooperating Foreman, it is your job to make the production of our trailers and containers run as smoothly as possible. You support the workshop manager in monitoring the schedules and managing your colleagues and subcontractors in the field of floors, air conditioners and window frames. You ensure that work is done neatly and according to schedule. In addition to your management role, you also fully cooperate. Characteristic of you is therefore your go-getter mentality and team orientation. You will work in a department where approximately 15 people, direct colleagues and subcontractors, work on various products. We work in day shifts from 07.30 am to 5.00 pm.
