As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for carrying out both preventive and reactive maintenance. No day is therefore the same and as part of the 8-person team within the technical service, you are immediately ready to solve malfunctions and defects so that our machinery can be used as efficiently as possible.
-Preventive (60%) and reactive (40%) maintenance on our extensive machinery
-Be available on a rotating basis for a breakdown service so that all production processes can run optimally.
-Thinking along with process optimization and improving working methods
-Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with safety regulations and procedures, Safety always comes first for the employer and therefore for you.
As a maintenance mechanic, you like to roll up your sleeves. You are an all-rounder who can remedy both mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Furthermore, you are independent and flexible and above all you have safety at number 1! Finally, you recognize yourself in the job profile below:
-You have at least a completed MBO4 education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
-In addition, you are in possession of a VCA basis and NEN3140 certificate or are willing to obtain it
-Furthermore, we ask for flexibility and willingness to run a breakdown service once a week in addition to the regular work in day shift (from 06:30 to 15:15), where you are on standby to solve any problems
-Because you need to be ready quickly, you live in the Oirschot region (radius of 30 km) and you are also in possession of a B driving license and your own means of transport
-The ideal candidate has a lot of experience in reading diagrams and technical drawings and preferably has knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic installations
-But above all, we are looking for a social and motivated colleague who would like to be part of the technical service team.
