Job description:
As a Quality Controller you are responsible for continuously monitoring the quality of semi-finished products and manufacturing parts delivered by third parties. You carry out checks upon arrival, you are responsible for the administrative handling of
the work and you are responsible for handling customer complaints.
Gevraagd wordt:
You are required to:
– You carry out quality control on the delivered semi-finished products
– Analyzing and assessing deviations and registering them in the ERP system
– Taking care of the return and receipt of deviations from products
– You are responsible for the registration and, where possible, handling of returns
– Support you with customer complaints and carry out necessary actions (also administrative)
– Administrative processing of various quality matters
– You mainly consult internally with your own department, the purchasing department and with internal customers (own or other BVs).
– In addition, you have external contacts with suppliers about the delivered products that differ.
