As a Quality Manager, you coordinate and manage processes for handling inspections/deviations/complaints from A to Z. As a result, you are busy on a daily basis investigating/analyzing NCRs and initiating/monitoring corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) with the aim of to continuously improve product quality and guarantee process quality; mainly internally, but also with interfaces with suppliers.

The question is:
You therefore play a crucial role in achieving our performance objectives and also monitor (internal) customer satisfaction and the Q-performance of suppliers. In this dynamic role you interact with various stakeholders and you are partly responsible for maintaining the quality systems.
-Further investigation and analysis of the selected deviations in order to determine the underlying causes (Root Causes) and necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)-Initiating and implementing these actions in order to proactively achieve improvements, with the Quality Manager remaining in the lead, encouraging problem owners and action holders and encouraging collaboration between the various disciplines
-Initiating improvement teams and methods/techniques to jointly realize and secure process improvements.
Together with the stakeholders, realize that these improvements are demonstrably secured in the management systems (Plan Do Check Act).
-Manage and monitor the NCR processes for the registration, communication and follow-up of deviations. complaints regarding the quality of products and services within the value chain
-Providing solicited and unsolicited advice when it comes to the assessment of quality aspects and improvement processes
-Advising, (co-)determining and realizing the quality policy within the organization where you act within the legislation/regulations, standards/requirements and objectives.
