Job description:
Independently maintain, troubleshoot and repair elevator installations,
lifting platforms, escalators and moving walks. You are mainly scheduled by the Planner or
Disruption Dispatcher. You maintain contact with the customer and pass on details to your
direct colleagues (sales engineer and relationship manager) so that they can
take follow-up steps if necessary, based on the principle that the installation works and will continue to work without disruptions.

The following is required:
-Responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability and safety of the installations.
-Maintaining (preventatively), troubleshooting and repairing said Installations.
-Completing a service report correctly, canceling orders both verbally with the on-site contact person and by means of a digital receipt.
-Maintaining technical data in the lift book.
-Works in accordance with all specified work and safety instructions. You immediately report unsafe situations, near misses and accidents to your manager.
-Inspecting said installations and supporting the performance of diagnostic tests to discover problems and carry out safety inspections by external parties.
-Reporting problems in a timely manner, proposing solutions, providing recordings.
– Submit your weekly statements on time for the planner to check.
– Keeping track of the stock of materials (in your company car), ordering additions in a timely manner.
– Handle tools, materials made available, digital tools and other company property with care.
-Works (pro-)actively in good consultation for the correct maintenance and measures for the lift installations and its users.
-(Pro-)actively collect customer needs and wishes, provide solutions and
improve customer satisfaction.
-Communicating with the customer about the work as an ambassador of our company.
-Responsible for the correct disposal of hazardous substances, waste and other materials.
-Uses the PPE and work clothing provided correctly.
-Participate in the breakdown service based on the breakdown service roster, ensuring adequate staffing.
