As Team Leader Assembly Electro you are responsible for a team of more than 11 colleagues. The team works both internally and externally, which creates a dynamic environment. As a Team Leader you are responsible for making a clear planning for your team, you give direction and coaching to your colleagues and you work part of your time. You take care of the quality and quantity of the output so that it meets the agreed specifications.
