Teamleader Production

Functieomschrijving:

-Operate and control process equipment using measurement and control panels in a 4-shift operation
-Controlling the process by means of interpreting the process parameters, performing inspections/controls, securing equipment, etc.
-Supervising, instructing and assessing performance of your employees
-Giving directions and distributing work within set objectives
-Examine possible improvements of working methods and discuss this with the Plant Manager
-Participating in departmental meetings, shift handover and providing daily reports (e.g. JDE, OEE) for the Plant Manager.

Gevraagd wordt:

-Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in a managerial role in a (food) production environment
-Experience in the process industry is an advantage.
-High level of education and in possession of an Operator B diploma or the ambition to obtain one.
-Knowledge of and affinity with digital systems (e.g. JDE Edwards, Systems Online, Microsoft Office).
-Proactive attitude and able to take decisions decisively.
-Able to work together with a common goal in mind while observing safety rules and order and cleanliness (5S system).
