As an Assistant Workplanner Wood you will be responsible for preparing activities within our Wood department. To do this you will be working closely with our process engineers and shift leaders. Preparation will take place in the form of; printing orders and drawings, ensuring the correct work instructions, ensuring there are pictures when necessary, etc. While doing this you make sure the orders are completed at the set date and time to ensure the project is realized without delays.
Additionally, you make sure the orders are picked on time.
Internally you are in close contact with multiple departments to ensure the progress of our production activities.

Your activities as an Assistant Workplanner Wood will include, amongst other things:

” You co-prepare the workplace activities; work out and fully prepare the orders of the wood department;
” You co-decide and prepare work methods and workorder based on the procedures used at the Wood department;
” You interpret orders and drawings while translating these into internal work instructions
” Administration of diverse tasks within the Wood department in support of the shift leader.
