Profile and surface grinder

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Profile/Flat Grinder. Do you master the required technical skills, are quality-conscious and have a great sense of responsibility? In addition, are you an enthusiastic team player, flexible and independent in your work?

Gevraagd wordt:

As a profile/flat grinder, you will be responsible for manufacturing complex parts from single pieces to small series.

-Determining clamping methods and work sequence.
-Drawing up work instructions.
-Monitoring quality and taking adequate measures if quality is in danger of being compromised.
-Checking products and registering deviations.
-Being prepared to follow courses.
-Ensuring a clean and tidy workplace.

-A completed technical education on at least MBO- 4 level or equivalent work and thinking level.

-A minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar position.

-Familiar with common types of materials and associated machining tools.

-Planning the machining sequence.

-Checking the quality of manufactured products against the applicable shape and location tolerances and other requirements stated on the drawing.

-Familiar and able to work with various measuring instruments, such as measuring projector, micrometer, dial indicator.

-Good command of the English language.
